MMERC, Mumbai Issued Notification for Common Entrance Exam (CEE) 2022 for DELL

Mumbai, March 17, 2022:   

Markazul Maarif Education & Research Centre Mumbai today on 17th April, 2022 released its notification regarding the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) for DELL. The management has conducted a meeting pertaining the CEE on 12 April, 2022 (10 Ramadhan, 1443 AH) at MMERC, Mumbai office. In the meeting the following issues were resolved and unanimously decided after thorough discussion on the agenda - Common Entrance Exam (CEE) 2022 under MMERC, Mumbai.

1. Previous meeting resolutions were reviewed and finalized again that (a) the entrance exam for DELL will be common, (b) it will be fully online and (c) it will be in mid- shawwal.

2. That the Exam Notice along with Application Form will be released on 2nd Shawwal only. The exam will be held from 15 Shawwal and both written and oral tests will be conducted.

3. That all exam preparations like question paper, notice and application form etc. must be ready within Ramadhan. Maul. Aslam Javed Qasmi, Mufti Jaseemuddin Qasmi and Maul. Muaz Muddassir Qasmi will carry out all necessary preparations - InShaAllah.

4. Maulana Muddassir Ahmad Qasmi will inform about the exact numbers of students to be admitted in each institution following direct confirmation from them.

5. The exam fee will be 100 rupees only, payable in advance and nonrefundable in all circumstances.

6. There will be only 10 questions, unlike 25 in the previous offline format, and students will be given 2 hours to answer them. The question paper must carry at least five subjects - Tafseer, Hadith, Fiqh, Arabic Literature and Urdu Literature etc.

7. The students will have to send hand-written answer sheets with their particular admit card numbers on each page of it to the personal WhatsApp number of the examiner and then they will have to report about the same in the respective WhatsApp group.

8. Oral tests will be conducted for

the short listed candidates only following the result of the written paper.

9. Candidates/ Madrassa graduates who have discontinued their study 5 years ago will not be eligible for the MMERC Common Entrance Exam (CEE).

10. The entrance exam process for DELL will be completed by 20 Shawwal InShaAllah and individual MMERC affiliated institutions may begin their admission process immediately afterward.

11. Mufti Jasimuddin Qasmi and Maul. Mauz Muddassir Qasmi are respectively the Controller and the Co-controller of DELL Online Common Entrance Exam (CEE) 2022.

12. Maul. Muddassir Ahmad Qasmi will remain the National Coordinator for DELL, however, Mufti Jasimuddin Qasmi is appointed as the Co-coordinator with him from now onwards.

13. There were three applications for affiliation of MMERC's DELL course this year. They are (a) from Balapur, (b) from Indore and (c) from Hojai.

The two from Balapur and Indore are suggested to wait for one more year and prepare even better. The Director of MMERC along with some other teachers will make a physical visit to these seminaries before making a final decision. However, Darul Hadith Jainagar Hojai, Assam is given affiliation from this academic year onwards and it will be a part of the Common Entrance Exam (CEE) for DELL under MMERC, Mumbai.

14. The following institutions will be part of CEE 2022.

i. MMERC, Mumbai, Maharashtra

ii. MIERC, Ankleshwar, Gujarat

iii. Jalalia, Hojai, Assam

iv. Al-Mahad, Hyderabad, Telengana

v. AUERC, Hawra, WB

vi. Jainagar, Hojai, Assam.

 

15. At least two members from each affiliated institution should be part of the CEE 2022. All institutions are hereby requested to get ready.
