رَبَّنَا لاَ تَجْعَلْنَا مَعَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
:Translation
“Our Lord! Do not place us with the wrongdoing people!”
Explanation:
This dua is mentioned in Surah Aaraf, Ayah No. 47.
This is the supplication of people of Aaraf. People of Aaraf are the people whose good deeds and bad deeds both will be equal on the Day of Judgment, so, neither they will enter paradise not they will be thrown into hellfire but they will stay at Aaraf, a place between hell and paradise. To see the pathetic situation of the people in Hell, they will be praying to Allah to keep them away from the company of people of hellfire. Finally they will be accommodated in the paradise.
We should also make this dua to protect ourselves from bad company and people of hell.
